About ThisTool
ThisTool is a directory that helps you find the right AI and web tools — and helps the people who build them get found.
Why it exists
New AI and web tools launch every week, and it's hard to tell which ones are real, useful, and worth your time. ThisTool puts them in one place, with clear descriptions, honest pricing information, and reviews from people who've used them.
What you can do here
- Browse by category — from AI and design to marketing and developer tools.
- Search for exactly what you need, or press / on the homepage to jump to the search box.
- See what's popular — Trending tools and a new Tool of the Day.
- Read and write reviews — every review is checked before it appears.
- Save tools for later with the heart icon. No account needed; they're kept in your own browser.
How we keep listings useful
A listing has to earn its place. Every tool needs a working HTTPS website, a clear summary, a logo, and a real description of at least 300 words — not filler, and not a copy of the summary. You can read the full requirements on the Rules page.
Tool owners can also earn a Verified by owner badge by confirming an email address on their tool's own domain, so visitors know the page is backed by the people behind the tool.
For tool makers
- Create a free account.
- Submit your tool and pick a plan — Standard is free.
- Track its status, edit it, verify ownership, or upgrade to Featured from My Tools.
