About NOS Workspace
NOS Workspace gives HTML pages a home beside everyday documents. It is a web workspace for keeping notes and HTML together, editing text directly on a rendered page, and sharing the result with a link. Start with an HTML presentation, report, dashboard, invitation, or another page you already have.
The starting workflow is straightforward: paste HTML or drop an HTML file, preview the page, then click text to change it. Pasting and previewing can be tried without signing in. Creating a share link requires an account. The person receiving a public link can open the page without creating an account of their own.
Sharing does not mean making a new address for each correction. Edit the saved page and keep its existing share URL. This is useful when the same presentation or report needs another wording change after it has already been sent. HTML containing charts, animations, or calculators can keep its scripts running, rather than being flattened into a static screenshot. The public gallery provides live examples to explore before starting with your own file.
Ordinary notes and HTML pages can live in the same workspace folders. Full-text search looks inside document bodies, including text inside HTML, so the workspace can serve as a place to find and reuse previous work. Version history is included in the free plan.
NOS has a free plan with three active share links at a time. Documents are unlimited, and the free published pages carry a NOS badge. Turning off a link returns that share slot. Personal plans offer unlimited share links and removal of the badge. Team plans also support workspace invitations, live document editing together, and editor or read-only roles.
The product website includes the current pricing and a working preview. Visit the gallery for actual HTML examples, or bring your next document to try the paste, edit, and share workflow.
