P7MtoPDF is an Italian-language web tool for one specific job: opening P7M files. A P7M is a document wrapped in a CAdES digital signature. In Italy these files arrive every day as signed contracts, certificates and FatturaPA electronic invoices, and many people cannot open them without installing dedicated signing software.How it works: open the site and drag one or more .p7m files onto the page. Everything happens in your browser; the files are not uploaded to a server. Within seconds you see who signed the file, a preview of the document inside, and, for electronic invoices, a readable summary of the FatturaPA data.Free and Pro: the free plan needs no account. It shows the signature details, a watermarked preview of the first page of PDF documents, and invoice summaries. Pro is for people who handle these files regularly. It lets you download the original PDF or XML contained in the P7M, view complete invoices laid out for printing or saving as PDF, and process up to 50 files at a time with a ZIP download. Pro costs 2.99 euros once for 25 files that do not expire, 4.99 euros a month for 100 files, or 14.99 euros a year for 1,500 files. Payment is handled by Stripe.Who it is for: freelancers, small businesses, accountants and anyone in Italy who receives signed documents or electronic invoices and just needs to read, print or archive them.Important limits: the signature check covers technical integrity of the file.
