About SafetyStack
SafetyStack is a web-based document builder for UK contractors, tradespeople and small construction businesses preparing health and safety paperwork. Its purpose is to help users start job-specific drafts of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS) and COSHH assessments. The service is currently available in free early access, giving people a way to try the document workflow with their own job details.
A user can enter the information relevant to a job, work through the builder and export a PDF draft without registering for an account. The supported builder export format is PDF. Word documents, Excel files and other editable office exports are not offered. This makes the downloaded PDF the document to check and use within the user’s wider paperwork process, rather than promising a format that the software does not provide.
SafetyStack also offers optional AI review and saved jobs. Those features require a confirmed email address, while the basic builder’s PDF exports do not. Users who want the optional review or to return to saved work therefore need to complete email confirmation. AI review is an aid to checking a draft and should be considered alongside the judgement of the competent people responsible for the work.
The product runs in a browser and is currently English-only. There is no native mobile application, and SafetyStack has no affiliate programme. It is intended for people working on UK construction jobs who need a starting point for their RAMS, risk assessment or COSHH paperwork. The registered business is based in Manchester, and its public contact email is hello@safetystack.co.uk.
A generated document is a draft, not proof that a job is safe or that every requirement has been met. Before use, a competent person must review the actual task, site conditions, equipment, people, hazards and arrangements, and revise the paperwork as needed. SafetyStack does not guarantee legal compliance, client acceptance or suitability for a particular site. The people responsible for assessing and approving the work retain that responsibility.
